1977-1986 National mushroom production specialist, advising in the establishment of more than 30 mushroom farms, construction and growing.
1980 – 1986 National referent for greenhouses and hydrophonic production of vegetables, and national coordinator for vegetable fertilization.
1986 -1987 General Manager “Champignon Israel Ltd. Israel’s
largest mushroom farm.
1988 – Present Advising and establishment of mushroom projects: worldwide, with the following companies:
- Greenway Agro Bio Technology Ltd. Germany. Partnership in establishment of integrated growing and extraction medicinal mushroom projects.
- Galil Engineering, Israel, international consultancy.
- A.V.I. Asia Ventures International Ltd. Hong Kong, partnership in establishment of integrated growing and canning mushroom projects, of above 2,000 tons per annum in India.
- Royal Mushrooms Ltd., Niscosia, Cyprus.
- Mushco Ltd., a large mushroom farm in Israel.
- Compit Mushroom Cooperative – Meona, 15 farms in the northern part of Israel, organized as one cooperative for synthetic compost production and mushroom sales with a $ 6,250,000 turnover per annum.
